Initiate a return: To begin the return process, please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Process: Our refund process is simple and efficient. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be promptly transferred to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For quick processing, we recommend providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showing any defects or damage for a quick resolution.
Steps to initiate refund:
Please contact our customer service team at support@katauma.store to begin the return process. Please provide the reason for return along with your order number. Wait for instructions on return shipping address. Once we receive and verify your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
Insurance scenario:
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the item cost less the original shipping charge.
- Defective product: In case the product is defective, please provide a clear picture of the defect to support@katauma.store. We will arrange a return label and upon inspection we will issue a full refund.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
- Wrong product: In case the product sent to you is of the wrong model, please provide a clear image of the wrong product to support@katauma.store. We will check and refund the full corresponding amount.
- Product does not arrive: Please contact us immediately if your product is past the expected delivery date and still have not received any notification from us about late delivery. We will resolve and fix your situation immediately and refund your entire amount.
